Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, installing the Ecom Scope Chrome extension, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Ecom Scope offers a suite of independent productivity tools for Meesho sellers. We are an independent third-party product and are not affiliated with Meesho. All marks belong to their respective owners.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and license key secure.
  • One license is for use by one seller business. Do not share or resell licenses.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
  • Use the service to violate Meesho's terms, scrape data at abusive rates, or commit fraud.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension or its outputs as a competing product.
  • Upload content you do not have rights to.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (1-month, 6-month, 1-year) are billed in advance in INR. Your plan grants access to all included tools for the chosen term. Plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Profit calculations, return predictions, and keyword suggestions are estimates based on publicly available data and the inputs you provide. You are solely responsible for business decisions made using the tool.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecom Scope's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a prorated refund (see Refund Policy).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
