1. Who we are
Ecom Scope ("we", "us", "our") provides a website and a Chrome browser extension that helps Meesho sellers analyze listings, calculate margins, manage labels, reconcile payments, and generate compliant product images. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meesho.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, and password hash when you sign up.
- License data: active plan, expiry, and license activation status.
- Files you upload: CSV/Excel sheets and PDF labels are processed in your browser. We do not upload them to our servers unless explicitly required for a feature.
- Extension data: page DOM data on Meesho supplier and seller pages, used only locally to render insights and copy listing content at your request.
- Usage diagnostics: anonymous error reports and performance metrics to keep the product stable.
3. What we do NOT collect
- We do not read your Meesho password or session cookies.
- We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
- We do not track your browsing outside Meesho domains.
4. Chrome extension permissions
The extension requests storage (to save your license + config), activeTab /scripting (to inject the insight overlay on Meesho pages), and host permissions for *.meesho.com. No other sites are accessed.
5. AI features
When you use AI-powered features (listing rewrite, keyword suggestions), the text you submit is sent to our backend and forwarded to an AI provider strictly to generate the response. Inputs and outputs are not used to train models.
6. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us. We delete account and license records within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.
7. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are hashed. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email official.autolisting@gmail.com.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
