Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final
Ecom Scope plans (Starter, Growth and Pro) are non-refundable. We do not offer a free trial and we do not offer a money-back guarantee. Please read the feature list, watch our demos and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
Why no refunds?
Ecom Scope is a digital tool — once your license is issued and activated, the value has been delivered and the license cannot be returned. Keeping refunds off lets us keep prices low for serious sellers.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your access continues uninterrupted until the end of the currently paid term.
Exceptional cases
If you were charged twice for the same plan, were billed after cancelling, or the service is permanently unavailable due to our fault, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and reverse duplicate or erroneous charges. This is the only situation in which a refund may be issued.
Chargebacks
Please contact us at official.autolisting@gmail.com before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate and permanent deactivation of your license.
